At AELVORO, we want you to feel confident when shopping for women’s skorts, tennis skirts, golf skorts, and versatile athleisure apparel. If your order is not right, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Return requests made after 30 days may not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition.
- Original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories should be included where applicable.
- The item must not show signs of wear, perfume, deodorant marks, stains, damage, alteration, or laundering.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order number or confirmation email, is required.
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and quality reasons, some items may be excluded from return:
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards, store credits, or promotional items marked as non-refundable.
- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or returned without original tags where applicable.
- Items returned without approval or outside the return window.
4. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please email us at support@aelvoro.com with the following information:
- Your order number.
- The email address used to place the order.
- The item you would like to return.
- The reason for the return.
- Clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please do not send items back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping
Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt until your return has been processed. AELVORO is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@aelvoro.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue. After reviewing your case, we may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, or other appropriate solution.
7. Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds are usually processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
8. Shipping Fees, Duties, and Taxes
Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or local charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.
9. Exchanges
We may support exchanges for size or style depending on product availability. If you need a different size, please contact us and we will let you know the available options.
For faster service, you may choose to return the original item and place a new order after your return request is approved.
10. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@aelvoro.com. We will do our best to help if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel it. You may still request a return after delivery if the item meets our return conditions.
